  • Eligibility: 18+
  • Please come with a self-attested photocopy of your Aadhar Card/Pan Card/or any other ID used for COWIN registration
  • Please write your COWIN Registered mobile number on document copy
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated slot
  • People below 18 years not allowed inside the Vaccination Centre
  • Please don't bring children to the Vaccination Centre
  • Slot booking is non-transferable
  • A slot once booked and paid for, cannot be transferred or refunded
  • Please ensure that there is at least 84 days gap between the 1st and 2nd dose of Covishield
